The Monterey Bay Holistic Alliance maintains a Board of Directors and emphasizes transparency by sharing all of its policies and procedures with the public.
As a 501 (c) 3 registered nonprofit health education organization, the Alliance operates under governing documents that cover its board structure, financial oversight, directory listing standards, event sponsorship, and the handling of donations to the charitable “Hearts to Hands” program.
