Insurance Agency Partner Application

Partner with MBHA to help our members with their coverage. Tell us about your agency — every application is reviewed by our staff before an agency is added.

1. Fill in the questionnaire

About ten minutes. Have your agency license number and your office details handy.

2. We review it

Our staff checks every application, usually within 2 business days, and may call your point of contact with questions.

3. Your portal opens

Once approved, your point of contact gets an Agency Admin login to MBHA’s agency portal and can add the rest of your team.
