Use of This Site
montereybayholistic.com and its content — articles, Quick Guides, the practitioner directory — are provided for free health education. You may not copy, resell or republish our content without permission, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors.
Not Medical, Legal or Tax Advice
Nothing on this site is medical, legal or tax advice, and MBHA does not guarantee any outcome. See the full Disclaimer for detail.
Membership & Donations
Membership tiers, pricing, billing, refunds and cancellation are governed by Policies & Procedures, which these Terms incorporate by reference.
Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
MBHA sends text messages only to numbers provided to us on our own forms — the contact form, the free consultation request, the membership application — where providing a phone number serves as opt-in consent to receive them. Messages are limited to two kinds: reminders about an appointment, call or event you’ve engaged with, and general program updates and announcements. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your own activity — typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of membership, donation or any service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — you’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at mbholistic@gmail.com or (209) 348-3348. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
The MBHA name, logo and original written content are the property of the Monterey Bay Holistic Alliance. Practitioner listings and linked third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
MBHA provides navigation, education and administrative support — not medical, legal or financial services — and makes no guarantee of any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBHA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in our programs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
